Hope & Healing Pathways

When You Have Reached the End of What You Can Do Alone

Christian therapeutic intensives designed for those who have done meaningful work and are ready for focused clarity and transformation.

Hope and Healing Pathways offers licensed therapeutic intensives rooted in Christian faith.

This is not a retreat. It is not spiritual direction. It is not coaching. It is structured, clinical therapy held within a Christian worldview — where prayer and professional training work together in the healing process.

An intensive is not a first step. An intensive is not for everyone.

This may be for you if...

  • You are capable, educated, and used to handling things.

  • You have been in therapy before, possibly for years.

  • You can articulate your story, your patterns, and your pain.

  • You have insight, language, and tools, but they no longer seem to move the needle.

  • You notice the same relational, emotional, or physical patterns repeating.

  • You have learned to be strong, capable, and self-reliant — even when it has come at a cost.

  • You quietly wonder whether this is as good as life gets.

This is not for you if...

  • You are just beginning to consider therapy.

  • You are looking for a quick fix or behavioral adjustment.

  • You are seeking reassurance more than truth.

  • You are currently navigating fresh or destabilizing trauma.

  • You are hoping someone else will do the work for you.

  • You are looking for someone to tell you exactly what to do rather than a space to slow down, reflect honestly, and examine deeper patterns.

  • You are not comfortable engaging in a therapeutic process rooted in the Christian faith.

You have tried everything else.

You have read the books. You have listened to the podcasts. You have named your trauma, learned the language, and practiced the tools.

Your mind understands what is happening.

Your body and your life do not seem to agree.

Communication tools that once worked no longer do. Health strategies that once helped feel less effective. You find yourself asking the same questions in different seasons.

Not because you are failing — but because you have reached the limits of what can be assembled alone.

What if you are not missing anything?

What if you already carry most of what you need, but have not been able to see how the pieces fit together?

You are not alone in this.

And you are likely closer than you think.

What is an Intensive?

An intensive is a structured, multi-day therapeutic experience designed to create sustained focus.

Unlike weekly therapy, which unfolds over months or years, an intensive gathers the work into a concentrated period of time. The continuity allows patterns to be explored without interruption and insights to be integrated more fully.

For many people who already have language and tools, this format creates momentum that is difficult to achieve in one-hour increments.

It is not a shortcut — it is a different container.

Meet Nancy

Nancy is a licensed therapist who has spent years working with individuals, couples, and complex relational systems, bringing both clinical insight and Christian faith into the therapeutic process.

Hello, friend.

If you have found your way here, there is a good chance you are someone who has carried a great deal for a long time.

You are capable. Thoughtful. Often the one others rely on. You have likely done meaningful work already — therapy, reading, prayer, reflection. You may even be the one people come to when they need wisdom or steadiness.

And yet somewhere along the way you began to notice that insight alone was not changing certain patterns.

You can see them clearly.
You can name them.
But something deeper still holds them in place.

My work lives in that space.

I am a licensed therapist who works from a Christian worldview, integrating clinical training with a deep respect for how God designed the human nervous system, relationships, and the process of healing. My work is not about quick strategies or surface behavior change. It is about understanding the deeper structures that quietly organize our lives — the beliefs we carry, the protective patterns we learned, and the ways we have tried to survive what once felt unbearable.

Many of the people who find their way to this work are women who have spent years being strong, responsible, and self-reliant. They have learned how to hold everything together. What they have not always been given is a place where they themselves can stop holding everything alone.

The intensives I offer are designed to create that kind of space.

Not a retreat. Not spiritual direction.
But structured therapeutic work where clinical skill, honest reflection, and Christian faith meet in the same room.

My role in that work is not to rush you, fix you, or impose answers.

It is to help you see clearly and to recognize the patterns that have shaped your life.
To understand the beliefs that have quietly organized your decisions and relationships.
And to walk with you as you consider what it might mean to live differently — not through more striving, but through deeper alignment with truth and with the quiet leading of the Holy Spirit.

I do not rush people toward conclusions. My role is to help you see clearly, understand honestly, and move forward in alignment with truth and with God.

This work requires courage. It asks for honesty, humility, and a willingness to look beneath what has long been familiar.

For those who are ready, it often becomes the place where scattered pieces begin to come together.

You may be closer than you think.

What Others Are Saying

Many people describe this work not as dramatic, but as clarifying — a place where long-standing patterns begin to make sense.

My journey in therapy with Nancy has been nothing short of life-changing.

Throughout my journey, Nancy demonstrated unwavering patience, prayerful guidance, and genuine care.  I truly believe God answered my prayers when He connected me with Nancy — not only as a therapist, but also as a spiritual coach who held the light for me when I struggled to see it myself.

I am forever grateful for her obedience to Christ and for the divine connection God orchestrated through her. Nancy’s impact on my life has been profound, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking faith-centered, compassionate, and transformational therapy.

L. Mendez

Nancy’s work is firmly grounded in scripture. She integrates clinical wisdom with biblical truth in a way that is steady, reverent, and uncompromising.

If you are a woman who loves the Lord yet senses that your strength has become your covering, this experience invites you back into truth, surrender, and steadiness.

M. Harris

Working with Nancy has truly been one of the greatest investments in our marriage and in ourselves as individuals.

If you’re looking for someone who is insightful, compassionate, and truly invested in helping you grow both individually and together then I cannot recommend Nancy enough. She has made a lasting impact on our marriage and our lives, and we cannot thank her enough for all she’s done for us.

B. West

Working with Nancy has honestly changed my life. She didn’t just help my marriage she helped me work through a lot of personal things I was dealing with too.

Nancy helped guide us every step of the way with patience, understanding, and real care. Because of her, our relationship is so much stronger and healthier than it was before. I’m incredibly grateful for everything she’s helped me and my partner work through.
